Mysore Style Class
Is taught in the traditional method, via repetition, memorisation and practise, practise, practise! You receive supervision with one-on-one support within a group class.
Mysore Style Guided Class
This class will guide you verbally through the primary series of foundational postures, helping you to learn the names of postures and points of focus.
Pranayama
Breathing exercises to increase lung capacity, increase focus, improve balance, learn chants, and hand mudras to help deepen your meditation practise.
Foundation ‘Beginners’ Course
You will learn Sun salutations & basic standing poses, and gain a deeper understanding of the Ashtanga Mysore method. Learning to practise comfortably in a Mysore setting with fellow westies
New to ashtanga yoga
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Bring your own mat and a small hand towel.Best practised on an empty stomach.
